Goodbye Etta James And Johnny Otis

This week the world sadly lost two music legends, Etta James and Johnny Otis. Both had a huge impact and spanned a variety of music genres including blues, r&b, rock n' roll and jazz. We are thankful for all of the incredible music these two icons brought to our ears.

EVA & ADELE

German couple EVE & ADELE are a fixture in the art community, I am drawn to them when I am lucky enough to see them. Looking beautiful in matching blush and black at Art Basel in Miami. Check out the guardian UK article link below to learn more about this captivating couple.

EVA fought in court to have her birth certificate changed to read female. EVA & ADELE dressed in the clothes they wore at their same sex wedding earlier in 2011.

Art Basel A Month Late- Part 1

Last month in the midst of even more traveling I got to enjoy 3 days in Miami Beach for Art Basel, with my friends and husband. It's been over 10 years since I have been in Miami, I knew it had changed a lot but I was surprised to see just how much. Beautiful hotels, beaches, crystal clear blue water and art, art, art. 

Art Basel Miami Beach features contemporary artist from around the world and the art lovers converge on Miami to see it and do a lot of partying too. The work is scattered throughout the city in various galleries and convention centers. I saw a lot of graphic colors at the fair:
